Is Freeze Shaman a viable deck type?

I got Moorabi in my first batch of new cards, and I've been mucking about with a few decks that use him. Not a ton of success yet. Has anyone built some good ones yet? Is this type of deck even worth looking into?

Freeze shaman is an awful deck and at this point even a waste of time. It does not have enough strong freeze cards and synergies to be playable. Maybe in the future with more cards, but definitely not now.
