DH 7.3.5 Eye Beam / Demonic Build?

So in 7.3.5 with Antorus and T21 DH get the following Bonusses:  

Demon Hunter T21 Havoc 2P Bonus - Eye Beam Damage Eye Beam damage increased by 30%.
Demon Hunter T21 Havoc 4P Bonus - Haste After Eye BeamWhen Eye Beam finishes fully, your Haste is increased by 15% for 8 sec.

Well.. I think so we have to use Eye Beam in Single Fights with Demonic. Pushing haste with 4P Bonus and then going 8 Secs full Dmg while in Demon Form. Am I getting it right?

If you look into the class using Simcraft sims here http://www.simulationcraft.org/reports/T21_Raid.html you can see we should be changing to Demon build in the upcoming patch also using legendary helm not shoulders should be an interesting tier. Also you need to consider having a strong Eye of Command because its still broken.
