Annoroth 5 Report post Posted October 7, 2013 When 5.4 landed, as Brown noted, the CC tracker was taken out of the base ElvUI and later re-added to ElvUI AddonSkins. Should you choose not to use AddOn Skins, Omni CC will fulfill the same purpose. I recommend AddOn skins though, just because it'll make your UI more consistent too.
