I'm missing the "Establishing your Outpost"

Mine character is an aliance hunter lvl 100    I've done all of the quests available to me in Talador after selecting the Arsenal, and I'm missing the "Establishing your Outpost" part of the achievement "Don't let the tala-door hit you on the way out." Anyone who could help me to fix this problem?

well search on wow head  for Establishing your Outpost and  you willget http://www.wowhead.com/quest=34711/due-cause-to-celebrate

on that page there is the following:

1.While We're in the Neighborhood
Vicious Viziers

2.The Final Step

3.Due Cause to Celebrate

 

look up each quest, start from the top...see http://www.wowhead.com/quest=34909/while-were-in-the-neighborhood

look at the URL...see quest#34909? 

log in wow , on yar toon and type /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(34909))

it will say true if ya done it false if not. Do that for each quest in the series to find out where yar at. 

 

now...after typing all this you owe me a Pint.

In the comments section of the first link Banard posted is the chain of quests to start the chain too if you have not gotten there yet.
