A little confused

So ive been messing around with Necromancer recently, testing out a few builds on Icy-veins. But im having trouble running the same set up. A lot of builds are running Blood rush and Simulacrum at the same time, but im not able to? Im assuming its a recent change? I'm relatively new at this game haha. Gonna post pics just to be extra thorough lol.

In game open your options menu, go to gameplay tab, on the right hand side as your faceing the screen under interface there is a check box for elective mode check that then when in game you can put whatever skills you want on your skill bars even skills from the same skill tree

Beat me to it! @OP, it's just a way they make sure you don't get too overwhelmed as a new player and try to keep your build "balanced".

In addition to what the others said about enabling elective mode, I also noticed from the SS that Simulacrum becomes available at level 61 and you are only at level 48.

Yeah im only 48 on this character, i was just thinking of the future haha. Thanks for the replies helped a lot!
