Checking out other peoples decks?

Just got my butt kicked and eager to check out his deck.

Is there any way of looking up users and having a look at their decks?

Not by the game itself.

You could use Deck Tracker to get an idea of your opponents deck or send a friend request (many ignore it because a lot of players use it to insult ppl) and ask nicely for a copy of his/her deck.
