Lose LFR T15 Set Bonus in Favor of 528 Gear?

Hi all,

 

I have three pieces of 528 LFR gear in my bags right now.  The T16 chest, shoulders, and a helm.  My dilemma is that I have the 4pc set bonus from the 502 T15 LFR gear.  If I put one piece on, I'll keep the 2pc.  Put 2 or more pieces of new gear on, I lose both the 2 and 4pc set bonus.  Not sure if the stat bump itself is worth losing the bonuses or not, but I've been sitting on this gear for about two weeks waiting for another tier piece to drop so I at least get the 2pc on each, and no such luck.  Feeling a little lost, could use some help!

I'd say put 2 of the pieces on so you'll get the 2 piece bonus from both tiers. The thunder hawk is a pretty good dps boost and rapid fire cd reduction is good as long as you don't forget to use it on cd.

That's the problem, I don't have a 2pc bonus from t16 yet.  I only have the chest, the other pieces aren't tier

 

MrRobot says to put on the chest and helm, keep the 2pc from t15, and save the shoulders for now.  might just give that a shot and see what happens

That sounds like your best option, especially if you are close to not being able to get rid of hitrating!

 

Though the shoulders down have hit, they have 2 blue sockets, meaning 360 extra hit rating if dps optimised.

 

It all depends on your other gear in all honesty.

 

But if AMR is giving the best result with chest helm and 2pc t15 ... go for it.
