Frenzied Crystal of Rage vs Yu'lon's Bite

Hey guys, looking for some opinions.

 

LFR version of FZR or the 543 Yu'lon's Bite for a destro lock?  Is it a case where I should be swapping the YB in for single targets and FZR for aoe/cleave encounters?

FZR is best used as a Sha Crystal.  Even on fights where it looks like it might be good, it really isn't.

I've had really good results with FZR on garrosh because of the first phase and intermissions. Other than that.....meh.

It's a novelty trinket, great for trash.  It's depressing that it doesn't even happen on its primary target.
