Holy pally transitioning from 10 to 25

Hello guys, first time poster here but I'm actually a long time reader of the warlock forums.

I'm posting today to see if you guys can help me. We were a 10 man guild who merged with another one to start a 25 man raid. The problem is with our holy pally, in 10 man he just destroyed the other healers, now in 25 he's doing like half the healing of the other healers (i know healing done is not everything, but he's being carried hard).

 

I asked him if he was going OOM or something and he said that wasn't the case and that he was going to remove a bit of spirit. Since I don't know a lot about pallies I though about asking here to see if you guys can help me figure out what he can improve.

At first sight, your friend had too many spirit. I've almost reached the same spirit score as him and then I realised I didn't had to use my regen abilities to finish all encounters with 100% mana... A nonsense.

Tell him to switch spirit to mastery. Like going down to 13 000 spirit. He won't see any differences. Thus, the healer trinket on the 4th boss is just THE BIS for us.

The big thing that jumps out at me is that his EF use is very low, and LoD is very high - he might have done that deliberately because the change to 25 man means hitting more targets with LoD, but in that case he should switch talents to SH and reforge away even more spirit to mastery or haste.

 

He might also want to switch his T5 talent - both Sanctified Wrath and Holy Avenger are stronger if you actually remember to use them, and he looks to have pretty decent cd usage.
