Returning Player Help

Hey guys. New to the site here, stumbled on it while browsing help for builds and what not. I haven't been a serious player since WOTLK and find myself completely lost by all the changes. I've always been a tank and I was wondering if anyone could steer me in the right direction as far as talents stats and rotation go. I'm currently level 102. Thank you for your help.

First, I guess its DK tanking (blood) you want some tips and tricks for. Else you have to be more specific. But I can give you a bit of my experience and what Icy veins can help with.

First I would ask you to read the guides here on Icy veins, because there is a lot to cover, and I can't do it all by myself.
