Anybody else not able to queue for LFR?

My iLvl is 529 and cannot queue for any LFR; they're all greyed out and says, "You may not queue for this. This instance is not available yet."

I've tried reloading the UI and relogging, nothing works.

I've tried queuing up without the WTF folder, and all my addons removed. Still have the same problem. It's on their side, not mine.

 

 

Fixed. Must be in shrine to work
