Misleading information Arcane mage

For instance it still lists: "Strong single target damage" as one of the '+' for the spec.
This is currently not the case so i feel should be removed from the guide so as to not give new players the wrong idea.

Not too sure about the 3 target cleave either as arcane explo needs a few more targets to really shine.

I'll try get Furty to update it - I think he somewhat forgot about it since it was added and, back then, Arcane was pretty solid on ST. Anyway, thanks for the heads up!
