Also, At what point do i spam rime instead of Obliterate? (how many targets) Edit: One more thing, is it generally worth going obliteration these days or is it back to BoS as soon as you do mythic +? Thanks! No. The only difference this makes is that you'll use Freezing Fog instead of Murderous Efficiency when facing 3+ targets and that you'll need to use Remorseless Winter before using HB.
