I can't find anywhere the name of those shoulders... anyone knows ?

I do believe those are the warlock mythic tier set shoulders from Hellfirecitadel in warlords of draenor. Open adventure journal, set to mythic, and you should be able to hunt them up there, don't know which boss they come from, but 99% sure that is the raid,

(also i agree, those shoulders are awesome, one of my favorite warlock tiers)
