Galakras' trinket???

Hi there,

 

I recently done galakras Hc and it dropped me the trinket.

 

I red that it's reduce the cd of my ability like rekleness of 48% (upgraded 2/2).

But it's not true, cause my rekleness cd is normaly 3 mins, and now whit the trinket i have 2.03 mins (03 is decimal is not 3 seconds).

 

Shouldn't was about 1.52 mins (52 decimal, like 32 sec)?

To clarify, the tooltip says "increase the recovery rate" not "reduces the cooldown" this said, the formula is  - (Normal CD/1.recovery rate). in your case 180/1.48 = ~122 seconds => ~2 minutes and 2 seconds.

Exactly what moon said. It basically uses the same formula as haste for cast times.
