Well, if the cleave trink actually is HWF, then i by sure becomes BiS just cuz of the proc. Then you should go for the Fabled Feather of Ji-Kun as ur second

You could go with Ji-Kun and Fusion fire, but since FFC doesn't proc on single target, it's by far the worst trinket this tier. IF you can get even a Flex Thok's Tail Tip or Evil eye of Galakras they'll be better than FFC on single target.

Been trying havent seen that drop or  the klaxxi trinket drop but  is ffc still better then the others on single target?

Take a look at the chart if you can. Basically, any SoO LFR trinket is better than FFC on single target. The only fights where FFC can be remotely useful is Protectors if your raid keeps all 3 staked all the time, or Glakras during Phase 1 (the easy one).

As far as I'm aware, there hasn't been one made like the Fury one, and I don't dabble enough in simcraft to be able to make one. Basically though, it's about the same, except Skeer's is probably slightly stronger and Galakras slightly weaker than they are for Fury.

 

If anyone knows of an actual trinket ranking for Arms though, I'd definitely like to see it :)

So does the fusion core not proc at all if there is just one target? Like I understand the cleave most likely doesn't proc, but does the strength on attack not proc either?

The Str proc does happen on single target, but it is a bit awkward since its ICD means it usually won't align with a CS, and even when it does, the fact that you get no other benefit form it makes it really bad on single target.

yeah cause on my warrior I have H-FFC and EEoG, and after reading and seeing your link. I get getting the trinket from thok would be a huge upgrade, but I already killed him this week and it seems I have no luck getting that trinket lol. But would the trinket from Paragons the skeer's bloodsoaked talisman be a huge upgrade for fights with just the boss like IJ?

On every single boss except Protectors (if you stack them the whole fight) / Galakras (if you don't do towers) / Normal spoils, Skeer's will be better than FFC. If you can get TTT, definitely do it, it though. 

 

(Semi-related: I finally got TTT this week after 72 combined kills + bonus rolls on Thok, so while you might be unlucky, I do believe you have a decent chance of getting it faster than me :P )
