Leech and Avoidance are both Tertiary stats which have a random chance of appearing on an item if it warforges or titanforges. There are a few special items which naturally have these stats, but typically they are a random "bonus" that gear you obtain may have. I have removed them from the stat priority for clarity and instead added a note about both and their significance. There has been a bit of feedback about that being unclear given we can't directly farm items with these stats so I hope that helps! Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

It will probably depend a bit on which content you prefer to focus on. Some have utility which can provide you with small benefits. Movement abilities are great for raiding, like the Goblin Rocket Jump. Some of the more situational utility is great in Mythic+ like Blood Elf Arcane Torrent purging buffs from nearby enemies, or Night Elf Shadowmeld allowing you to drop combat and drink to replenish your mana.
