Vantus Runes: Antorus, The Burning Throne

Sorry if this is a duplicate post, I did a quick search and didn't see anything on it.

 

I just looted this rune from LFR, and I'm a bit confused about it. I used the runes for EN back at launch, but they had specific bosses attached to them. This one appears not to have a boss attached. Now, is it a case where you target the boss within the raid and use it for that specific boss? Or is it a raid-wide boss buff? Thanks!

Its your first guess. You use that rune for one encounter where you like to get boosted. Buff just counts for this specific boss.
