Daemaia 1 Report post Posted November 22, 2013 (edited) I would surely go with the Bone-Inlaid Sandals. Just reforge haste to crit and insert a pure mastery gem. Calol 5 Report post Posted November 22, 2013 (edited) Bone inlaid is the better option. depending on what your haste is at currently and what kind of build your going for either crit or haste as a secondary, you can either reforge the haste or leave as is. The general idea with destro is you want mastery on every piece you can that's why the shoulders from protectors and norushen ate preferred over tier.
