can the flight to argus be restarted

on my main character, during the flight to argus i dropped out and now i cannot restart the flight to argus  with archmage cadgar.  please can anyone help with this !!!!!!!

Try to check the latest npc where u had started the quest. If there won't be anything then u may write a ticket to a gm
