Problems Post 5.4

Hey there new to the forums here but at any rate here is the problem, it seems post 5.4 my numbers have gone down.  I somewhat took a break from raiding and came back to casual to say the least, but when I do raid these days seems the numbers are just not there anymore... I'm losing to surv hunters... but I feel that has something to do with them having the 4 set.

Here is my armory http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/area-52/Treygan/advanced I am currently running the haste over crit build as it seem to test out better for me on 7 minute dummy rotations, also I am using BS instead of Murder.

With that being said I am not deviating from the suggested rotation here on IV

As I said in my view I think it may have to do with the gear difference and the factor that they are 4 set to my just recently obtained 2 set.  Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.  And as far as I know I do not think I am missing anything major in my rotation but I could be wrong as I am use to being a tank as opposed to dps.

Brilliant transmog btw, but I am sure you can find a better bow =P

 

Gear looks good, Hit/Exp capped, going after worthwhile gem bonuses, good choice of trinkets (assuming better haven't dropped yet)

 

About you comment of "losing to sv hunters" in equal gear, they are both very close (BM and SV) and the player makes the largest contribution to dps than spec and talent choices at this point.

 

The 4 piece does make quite a difference, which will be compounded by gear differences also.

 

TBH looking through the logs at an artificial level (dmg done per boss fight)

You look to be holding your own pretty darn well!

 

I am sure there will be room for improvement in your execution (there always is) but overall I would be happy with what you're doing and where you are placing in the raid team.

 

I have to say, running with 2 other hunters must be awesome! Keeps you all on your toes if nothing else.

Survival actually comes out slightly ahead, but by ~1%. So 1% more props to you for keeping your own! =P
