Feral + new class tuning

So according to the new live class tuning, they improved the damage of feral affinity abilities by 15%. I assume that doesnt affect the feral spec itself although Im thinking that maybe raidbots think it does, since I do like 700-800 less damage on training dummies than I sim for.

Is the buff supposed to affect a "proper" feral spec or is it only for offspecs ?

I just simmed my feral, got pretty much the exact same numbers I got last week. Have you made sure that the parameters are set right? If you aren't using BL, Battle Shout, pots etc. on the dummy, you have to uncheck those in raidbots.
