How do we handle AP catch up mechanism?

Should we hold on to emissaries that reward AP?

Will AP after catchup applies next week be more valuable than it is now?

Without any source providing, i think i read somewhere they will reduce the amount of needed azerite per lvl. Instead increasing azerit, you just need less per lvl. I heard it will be somewhere around 25%. But yeah, i just share my two cents without any source. So it might be i just write a whole bullshit ?
