Scourge the Unbeliever Azerite Trait...is it Gone?

I haven't seen a single piece of gear in dungeons, the raid or even the world bosses (dungeon journal) that has Scourge the Unbeliever and on this site is said to be one of our top 3 azerite traits...is it removed from the game? if so the top 3 needs to be updated on the unholy page, if not, where the hell is it?

That's a Legion Artifact trait, as far as I recall.

There is no Scourge the Unbeliever trait available currently, but where are you seeing that it's a top 3 trait?
