boog 0 Report post Posted August 30, 2018 The second tier of 4 tier azerite gear on mah headpiece -- I've no idea what's best. I can see utility in each -- BP for the spikes in damage since it's activated at 50% (super useful for running dungeons and gearing up!), but I also love the chance to get EW because haste gear drops are far and few in between.
