Can we clean up the frost rotation page?

There's eighteen lines in the rotation and yet if you prune the lines that are supposed to be in multitarget only (Why is there a line for cast Blizzard if more than 3 targets in the base section) and the talent-specific lines being based off a radio list, it would go down to like nine.

 

Also, there's a lot of places where it states you should cast certain spells based on your icicles but if you picked glacial spike icicles aren't wasted by ice lance, so these aren't needed.
