New features to level boosting?

Is there anybody else who is thinking that, why level boosting is just for 10 levels below maxium? Why it can't be like that you can boost to 60,70,80,90,100,110 depending what you want. Of course it should be priced to going lower price to higher depending how high boost you want to buy. Me example, i've been wondering many times that it would be cool to boost character like to level 60 or 70 and level rest of it to 110 back on legion, and now in bfa to 120. I think that isn't big change to make in game, but it makes big difference to playing and leveling. Im sure many of us is tired to level always the same content over and over again, so it would be cool get little boost, but not into almost max level.
