Question about dot refreshing for boomkin

What is the maximum duration left you would want to refresh moonfire/sunfire? Or does anyone know the general percentages for dot refreshes in general?

The general tick-over percentage is 30%.

So it's 3.6s for Sunfire, and 4.8s for Moonfire. Keep in mind that both have a direct damage component, so it won't hurt your DPS too much if you refresh them a bit earlier.
