Frost Mage Macro

i need some help in macros.

Macro1:

cast frostbold if exist Fingers of Frost than cast Ice Lance.

Macro2:

cast frostbold 5x if exist Flurry than castreq. Glacial Spike;Flurry;Ice Lance

can someone help me?

Those kinds of conditions are not possible in macros. Here is a list of all valid conditional modifiers.

What you can do however is create a WeakAura or an icon in TellMeWhen to notify you when certain conditions are met. That's what most players use to keep track of buffs and procs.
