Aff Guide - Boss by Boss strats - Grimoire of Sacrifice?

Like the title indicates.  The Aff guide says to use Grimoire of Sacrifice on all bosses - is that true?  In the talents section, it says GoS is outperformed by Haunt, and in my personal sims, it's Haunt does 5.7% more dps.  Is there something about the Uldir bosses that weights GoS?

(If it's not true, can we get an update on the guide?)

Perhaps it's a left over from the previous guide writer and yes always Haunt and always Dark Soul in Uldir.
