Valks 2,375 Report post Posted January 16, 2019 It depends on the number of targets as well as how long they live. The 4+ / 5+ difference is based on talents. If a scenario warrants you using Freezing Rain, you should use Blizzard on 4+ targets. If not, you use your AOE at 5+. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
