Hi Fury,

 

For optimal 10 man you would go with this.

 

Hit(7.5%) > Expertise (15%) > Agility > crit > Haste (to a comfortable level, for me this is around 9000) > mastery

 

You should aim to use hybrid gems.

To expand on the above, use Agility enchants, but don't gem for it since you get half of a main stat vs. a secondary. Try to dual wield unless you get a really killer 2H weapon. You can go light on Stamina, because the Stagger effect gives you a very large pool of effective hit points. Ignore those who scoff at the tank with less than 400k hit points!

 

Yellow/Prismatic socket: Smooth Sun's Radiance

Orange socket: Crafty Vermilion Onyx

Blue socket: Piercing Wild Jade or Jagged Wild Jade (if over hit cap)

Meta: Capacitive or Effulgent

 

Weapon(s): Dancing Steel

Shoulder: Greater Tiger Fang Inscription

Chest: All Stats

Cloak: Superior Critical Strike

Bracer: Greater Agility

Legs: Shadowleather Leg Armor

Feet: Blurred Speed

 

Best professions for the spec, currently, are any two of these three: Blacksmithing, Alchemy and Engineering. But we're in the last tier of the expansion and leveling professions will be easier in 6.0, so don't go out of your way.

When/if you are comfortable keeping up shuffle and can purify if needed you can drop to 4500 haste. That would look like this:

The extra haste allows you to not have to micro manage your energy as much and would be more like this:

for optimal play you would aim for the lower(4500) haste to gain more crit but if you find that you are having trouble generating enough chi then bump the haste up a bit. As you have taken ascention 4500 haste should be more than enough.

 

At your gear level i would go the top link and have a practice.
