Oltier 471 Report post Posted January 7, 2014 Hey Almira/Mirayun (which one?), Yes, both numbers mean haste. 12684 is a haste break point for Nether Tempest which can easily be acquired by most of the mages. 14242 is the GCD cap on Frostbolt casts with Legendary gem proc/Heroism, and is your target haste rating with the mixture build explained here: https://www.icy-veins.com/forums/topic/3678-akraens-comprehensive-guide-to-54-frost-pve-advanced/ For single and spread out multidot target DPS I suggest you to change FCoR to KTT. On Stacked up AoE such as Galakras, I suggest keeping FCoR equiped. BBOY is definitely a nice trinket to have. :) If you can have your hands on a PBoI, (which absolute BiS trinket) you could play around with trinkets even more.
