Deafmetalman 0 Report post Posted January 8, 2014 So, I finally got my 4 set Tier. Very, very happy... Is there some sort of cooldown with the proc for destro? I only ever seem to get the buff every second Ember.... Anyone else experienced this? Perhaps I'm wrong, but I was paying quite close attention. Zagam 1,982 Report post Posted January 8, 2014 10 second ICD. If you're filling your Embers faster than every 10 seconds, you will miss some procs. Treat it largely like a passive gain until you're extremely comfortable with your Warlock (95th percentile or better) and then start treating it like a mini-proc.
