Steady Shot

I was reading through the BM Hunters guide on here for rotation tips as I'am still leveling my Hunter when I noticed under the Focus heading the comment for Steady Shot.

 

The guide said Steady shot was for MM only, weird because I have it as a BM Hunter and use it in my rotation to help replenish my focus (I'am lvl66).

 

So it this guide not updated, is it a typo?

 

Then how does Steady shot fit into the rotation?

For now its a focus builder so its situational.

The guide is intended for max level. At your level you dont have Cobra Shot yet. Once you do it will replace Steady Shot in your rotation.

I'm working on leveling guides for all hunter specs (taking a lot longer than I thought) so you can use those instead of the max lvl guides for non 90 help. BM/SV hunters don't gain cobra shot until level 81, so until then everyone uses steady shot.

No worries guys, just threw me when I saw Steady Shot mentioned for MM only when I already had it as BM.
