UH Crit or Mastery with Thok's Tail

So I've been using AMR for my reforging needs and with UH and over the past couple of days it's been telling me to reforge crit.

 

Now I got Thok's Tail last night and despite not changing from the PVE Default Build it's now got me reforging mastery. Removing the trinket and updating from armory and it's back to reforgng to crit...

 

Is this correct or is there something funky going on?

Well, i'd say with Thok's tail tip, galakras trink and 2set bonus, crit is still ur strongest secondary stat

Crit. There' isn't much crit on the tier pieces.
