So, my place just flooded and I lost a lot of crap. Mainly my PC. I want to build one this time and I'm wondering what I can get accomplished with my budget.

 

$1,700 with my OS already purchased.

 

What's a good place to start? TYTTYTYTYTYYYYTYTYTY
