<Exo> is an old guild from Dragonblight which transferred to Stormrage in search of mythic raiders. We are a guild full of experienced raiders always looking to expand our roster. 
We are not a world first guild nor do we aim to be. Our primary goal is to get loot and have a good time, however this still means on progression nights we do expect you to show up, put on your serious face, and kill some *filtered*.
Our raids are on 3 nights a week; Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9pm-12 Server Time (EST). The Monday raids are optional farm/alt nights (Normal/Heroic) with Tuesday/Wednesday being mandatory progression nights.
Currently we are accepting applications for any role, off specs are always a welcome addition but not required. Performance and skill will be looked at above gear, experience, or class.
We do not have a minimum item level required to join our raid team, however we will require you to catch up in our Monday farm-runs up until you are at a mythic level.

The guild has been around since day one of classic. We have a relatively relaxed raid environment and solid leadership that encourages players to excel while still enjoying the game.

Raiders must know their class and role. 
Potential raiders must have been gearing for the content.

Q1: Why no Skull?
A1: In the purest form of greedy control, the goal is to answer to everything and set up for the best turn 25+ match up. With so many board wipes, removal and heals, we usually have the time to draw a voidlord or two, cube them, copy the cube, and make a sandwich. 
Q2: How do you win?
A2: Fatigue plays a factor, but you'd be surprised how much damage 6 1/3s deal... wait no you wouldn't... its definitely 6.
Q3: How do you sleep at night you monster?

Q4: What do you do against Raza Priest or Exodia Mage?
A4: Accept that combo decks will occasionally go off before I can beat them down. Usually their impatients is their undoing though. 
 
 

Hi all,
I'm currently playing a restro druid mainly for Raid - Mythic +
Can somebody explain to me; especially for raids, why my HPS is very low compared to the other healers.
I'm currently going with 936 gs - Shoulder Leg & Finger Leg (2nd talent in lvl75)
Crit 19%
Haste 21%
Mastery 27%
Versatility 2%
All of my items habe atleast Mastery - even 8 Items Mastery & Haste.
Nevertheless I'm unable to compete in HPS during raids HC + Mythic.
Maybe it's something related to my rota - my current play style is:
- Lifeboom on tank combined with cenarion ward & rejuvenation.
- Dotting all others with rejuvenation
- Effloresecence somewhere at meeles
- wild growth as soon as multipe dmg mostly combined then with flourish
- tranquility for heavy aoe
- swiftmed for heavy heals
etc...
 
The problem is, even with this I cannot heal more than 400 - 600hps while the other healers are going with 1 mio hps.
Maybe someone can explain my mistake.
