Malicious Redirects with Firefox

While not logged in I was on the Paladin Leveling Guide

When I came back to the page I was on a screen that was telling me that Firefox was out of date and needed to update, but Firefox itself was notifying me of the site itself.

I just used the back button to get back to the guide, but I then came back to the page, after it being in the background for awhile and found this had happened again. I'm currently not using any Ad Blocking tools in Firefox.
