nicks 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2014 I was reading up on the BM hunter talents and it recommends choosing Blink Strikes (50% increased damage on pet's basic attacks) instead of A Murder of Crows. However, after looking at my pet's combat log, I am not seeing any effect on my pet's basic attack when I spec into Blink Strikes. For example, I started beating on a raider's target dummy with the Crows talent and got regular melee hits from my pet around 11191. Great, now let's respec into Blink Strikes... and my pet's melee hits are still around 11191. So what's the deal? Is there really any difference in pet DPS with Blink Strikes? Is it bugged? nicks 0 Report post Posted January 20, 2014 Ok so I found a post on the Blizz forums and my understanding was off: Blink Strikes affects the pet's basic ability, as opposed to their basic melee.
