Any out there frost mage noticed difference since yesterday on dps?
ive been 2h on dummy just to make sure i wasnt "unlucky" on procs as some of you would say and i dont know why but im doing significant less dps

nope but even if i did i was on single dummy

We most certainly haven't. If you log it (you can /combatlog and upload dummies), I can show you what's what and where DPS losses could be coming from-- but just with your OP, I can't really provide much guidance.

since i opened it and its just random stuff alot of info i dont know if u mean on that ;p

Upload it to warcraftlogs.com or worldoflogs.com and then it splits it all up into what spells were cast, for how much, etc.

since im having trouble uploading it (never done it) i guess not gonna happen

however it seems that everything is back to normal dps is now as it used to be

but yesterday and day before it was really disaster  and basicly i was doing same thing as i do now
