Levelling is fairly fast, so it should not matter much. Skilling into the Hunter tree (orange) will get you the needed skill augments earlier, while the Stalker tree (green) will grant you huge damage bonuses. It looked like at the time of writing it might have given some sort of elemental weapon bonus but at the moment it's going some sort of health regen bonus. Thanks for your input.
