Augmented weapon benefits?

Questions. Say I have 4 augmented weapons equipped to my character boasting different bonuses from the augment. Is the bonus applied when the criteria is met to the augmented weapon in hand? Or say I proc the 250% after phase cast on pistol then switch to the next weapon, does that proc affect the newly drawn weapon? Or do I receive the benefits from all and on all augmented items when criteria is met for them to proc? I have not been able to find the answer to these questions, any help in understanding would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, Anointed bonuses only affect the weapon they roll onto.
