Very low HPS MW monk

I have problem because im outhealed by 20k.

I use the same rotation on hc and Mythic. Like i said im doing in mythic around 40k when my guildies does 60+. How can i improve. 

I try to keep renewing mist on cd, use essence font when it have max charges and raid dmg comes, or straight away when it is needed, i use vivify as filler, rarerly i use enveloping mist, revival on command, life cocoon to protect nearly dead people.

I replaced Ashara font with Musix Box from WM
