If you have already obtained an artifact weapon before, you will need to be at least 102 to start the quests for the other weapons, and you can only pursue one at a time. momma 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2019 (edited) i know khadgar has it, but when i go there he is not giving me any quest,im thinking, i need to find the quest line that leads me to him , in order to get that quest from him, now to find it lol thank you for your help!
