Dantos 0 Report post Posted February 17, 2014 (edited) Hi everyone! i need to improve my damade and so i have a question. When i have fise stacks of my mastery (iceice) (suppose even they was all critical), need i use my IceLance without proc to pull mastery's iceice into boss or that's lost of damage? My calculate says, that i need, but practice says i was wrong. Need help!If you don't understand me ask questions. My english isn't perfect. Oltier 471 Report post Posted February 17, 2014 NEVER ever use an ice lance w/o FoF. Why would you even consider this? ^^ How did you calculate such nonsense? :DD I'm sorry I don't mean to be rude but.. Makes no sense...:D
SparkSovereign 61 Report post Posted February 17, 2014 I think the notion is that he doesn't want to waste stacks; don't worry about this, they fire off automatically in this case.
Dantos 0 Report post Posted February 17, 2014 (edited) 5 bolts 1 lance 5 bolts 1 lance. so damage from iceice was about 20-30%. Thought "what a nice thing is my mastery". Maybe was badly wrong. Thanks for answer, glwent to test ^.^ Edited February 17, 2014 by Dantos
Narsha 12 Report post Posted February 17, 2014 Still don't understand your concept fully but do as Spark said, just treat it like a passive.
Stormy 11 Report post Posted February 17, 2014 He's just making the same mistake I did when I started. Don't even bother considering icicles as anything else than a pure passive you don't need to care about, when you reach max icicles stack they fire automatically regardless of icelance usage so you're not losing any dps. Technically there's an exception but it's not worth looking into if you're just figuring out the mechanics.
