DeskDrawer 3 Report post Posted January 15, 2020 Is it just me or Breath of the Dying seems like a strong essence in Arenas? The damage is quite high (more than 2 stacks of Crucible), and on a rly short 15 second cooldown (since arena opponents are very often at high health), this can add quite a lot of pressure.
