LFR - NY’ALOTHA, THE WAKING CITY

I'm puzzled.  I can't seem to queue for the new Raid in LFR.  I am 120.  My gear is 420.  Is there a rep pre-req or a previous raid series that is needed to qualify for getting into LFR NY’ALOTHA, THE WAKING CITY?  I've been doing the dailies, the quests in the Heart, I have the cloak.  I’d really like to start raiding in the new raid.  But the four choices are grayed out.  Any thoughts or suggestions?

LFR hasn't been released yet. It comes next week with Wing 1 and Mythic release
