Youtube, google is your friend.  There are VIDEOS that show you exactly how to do it, just search for your class and spec.

 

I know for a fact there is one for for Elemental Shaman because I did that one myself on my Shaman.. It took me several attempts but I finally did it, biggest thing is... treat it like a PvP instance.. keep moving, never stop, lightning, move, lava blast, move, stay away from the blobs they will kill you quickly.

 

It's a marathon not a race.. you are not going for a DPS record.. slow and steady, Wrathion will die.. don't try to kill him in 2 minutes, it will not work.
