Same Topic Now 2020 "Go Premium" difficulty

Hi, I tried several times to pay for premium (just so I can support you all and your excellent work). SOme glitch in system wont allow me to break through final step. I enter all info and the last button doesn't seem to trigger any response... I have received no email confirmations, so I do not think that I have paid 6 or 7 times ?  Thank You for any help.

Could you please open the javascript console and show me what you see there? To access it, right click anywhere on the page, choose "Inspect element" (exact text might differ depending on browser) and then select the "Console" tab.
